NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of RAINCLIFFE WOOD COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE will be held in the Conference Room at Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2PW at 6.30pm on Tuesday, 21 June 2022 to transact the following business.:
Raincliffe Wood Community Enterprise C.I.C. (RWCE) Board (company number 08721649) currently has two vacancies for Member Directors due to the term of office for current Directors coming to an end. Voting takes place at the Annual General Meeting being held on Tuesday, 21 June 2022 at 6.30 pm in the Conference Room at Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2PW.
Nominees, Proposers, Seconders and those voting to support and/or voting to elect a nominee must be registered members of RWCE.
Membership forms can be filled in online on the website or downloaded and sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Raincliffe Woods Community Enterprise C.I.C, Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2PW.
Membership forms may be completed and submitted at the same time as the nomination form.
Note – it is possible to join RWCE at the AGM but only those who have been RWCE Members for at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting are able to vote.
If you wish to be considered as a Member Director, you will need to complete a nomination form which can be found on the website at www.raincliffewoods.co.uk/AGM.
The form can be downloaded and sent by email to email@example.com or posted to Raincliffe Woods Community Enterprise C.I.C, Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2PW.
Your application will need to be supported by a formal named proposer and seconder. Retiring Directors who wish to stand for re-election must be proposed and seconded by a current member of the Board.
Please note: any seconder is only able to support ONE nomination to the Board.
The deadline for nominations is 12.00 noon, Friday 27 May 2022.
By Monday, 30 May 2022 nominations will be posted on RWCE Website.
Elections will be held during the course of the AGM on Tuesday, 21 June 2022
Any member who is unable to attend the meeting can still cast their vote by appointing a proxy who
will be able to vote on their behalf. Proxy voting forms will be available on the website by Friday, 10 June 2022.
