For all our Members we have arranged our AGM for 2021 for Wednesday 28th July at 6.30pm. We plan to hold this at Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough depending upon the numbers attending. With Covid restrictions changing our plans may have to change but the date and time will not. If Members are unable to attend they will be able to appoint a Proxy and paperwork will be sent out shortly.
There will be the formal appointment of two Member elected Directors, Membership, Financial Report and Chairmans Report. Our new Community Woodland Manager will also talk about his first 7 months and his vision for the future.
