Come and join us for a mindful stroll in the woods.
Duration 10am to 11am.
Experience the wildlife, learn about RWCE and the woods history, and learn about the skills you can learn with how to use the green spaces and nature to benefit your mental and physical health.
This event is designed for everyone and is adaptable to all who attend. All we advise is you wear suitable clothing and footwear (walking footwear or wellies) and if you have them bring your binoculars (but these are not essential).
All we asking for the well being walks is a donation (suggested £5) towards RWCE so we can raise funds to put back in to restoring our wonderful woodland and boosting its biodiversity.
There is no need to book, just come along. The location will change each time to give you a variety of what Raincliffe Wood has to offer.
