Amazing foraging day on Saturday 13th May 2023 with Craig from @edible.leeds despite the slightly chilly weather.
We found lots of spring greens including plenty of wild garlic and learnt so much about the human-nature connection.
Yet again Craig cooked up a storm with some wild salads, pickles and ferments.
We look forward to seeing him again in the Autumn!
