Event by Raincliffe Wood Community Enterprise
Showground, Raincliffe Woods, Saturday 17th June 2023
Duration: 11am to 4pm
To celebrate our Working Woodland Heritage Project, funded by the Hey Smile Foundation and Farming and Protected Landscapes, we are having a mini festival to show you what we have going on in the woods and how we are are trying to reintroduce traditional crafts, heritage management styles and green social prescribing to the woods.
Come and join us as there will be green wood carving, guided wellbeing walks, have-a-go bushcraft activities and family friendly wildlife activities too.
It will be up at the Showground, in the wood and the closest car park will be Sawmill Car Park.

All we will be asking is for donations to take part in the activities available.
There won't be any food or drink for sale so bring a picnic and relax and enjoy the woods while you are with us.
Toilets will be provided at the Old Sawmill site.
