Conservation Ranger

This job opportunity is funded through the Kickstart Scheme which provides funding for new jobs for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment. All applications must be referred via the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP).

Would you like to develop your skills in practical woodland management, ecological monitoring, public right of way maintenance and volunteer leadership? Then we have this excellent opportunity to work with us.

The post is fixed for 6 months and offers vocational work placement in forestry and conservation. At least 50% of your time will be spent outside delivering practical conservation and talking to visitors and volunteers.
