DRAFT Minutes from 2022 AGM Meeting
Raincliffe Wood Community Enterprise C.I.C. (RWCE) Board (company number 08721649) currently has three vacancies for Member Directors due to the term of office for current Directors coming to an end.
Voting takes place at the Annual General Meeting being held on Tuesday, 6th June 2023 at 6.30 pm in the Conference Room at Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2PW.
Note – it is possible to join RWCE at the AGM but only those who have been RWCE Members for at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting are able to vote.
Election of Membership Directors
As there are three vacancies and just one candidate the appointment of these Director positions will be confirmed at the AGM on Tuesday 06 June 2023.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can still have your say by sending in a proxy vote.
