Call for Member Directors 2018
Raincliffe Wood Community Enterprise (RWCE) Board (registered company number 08721649) currently has 2 vacancies for Member Directors. Voting takes place at the Annual General Meeting being held on Tuesday 1 May 2018 at 6pm at Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2PW.
We are particularly keen to have people with skills in education, marketing and finance but also welcome nominations from any members who are regular users of the woods and who have an active knowledge and passion for the woods.
Nominees, Proposers, Seconders and those voting to support and/or voting to elect a nominee must be registered members of RWCE.
Membership forms can be filled in online or downloaded and forwarded to email@example.com, or posted to Raincliffe Woods Community Enterprise, Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2PW.
Membership forms may be completed and submitted at the same time as the nomination form.
It is possible to join RWCE at the AGM but only those who have been RWCE Members for at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting are able to vote.
If you wish to be considered as a Member Director, you will need to complete a nomination form.
The Board Nomination Form can be downloaded and forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org, or posted to Raincliffe Woods Community Enterprise, Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2PW.
Your application will need to be supported by a formal named proposer and seconder. Retiring Directors who wish to stand for re-election must be proposed and seconded by a current member of the Board.
Please note: any proposer/seconder is only able to support ONE nomination to the Board.
The deadline for nominations is 12.00 noon, Monday 16 April 2018.
On Wednesday 18 April 2018, nominations will be posted on RWCE Website for review.
Elections will be held during the course of the AGM on Tuesday 1 May 2018.
Information on all nominees will be available at the meeting. Only those who have been RWCE Members for at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting will be entitled to vote.
Non-attending members can appoint a proxy who will be able to vote on their behalf. If you wish to appoint a proxy you will need to complete a Proxy Form (available shortly) and email it to email@example.com, no later than noon on Monday 30 April 2018.
