To say that the recent community litter pick of Raincliffe Woods was a success - is an understatement It was a HUGE success - and good to see so many new people - especially as most of them - had never been to walk around these wonderful Woods.
We all met at the Raincliffe Gate car park and Mick gave out equipment of high viz jackets, litter pickers, gloves and bags. And he gave a safety talk before handing out maps of the different areas.
Thanks to Angela, Carol, Brian and Jenny, Dale and Rachel plus their daughter and friend and Martin and Klaudia plus their two sons.
North Yorkshire Council have been sent these details for them to kindly go collect the bags. Thank you!
The next litter pick will be on 9th June to celebrate Great Big Green week.
